Jesus Casts Demons into Pigs
This lesson is a little touchy as it talks about demons. We do a soft job so as not to be spooky but lets the reader understand that in this scenario Jesus is good.
This is a difficult story to tell to younger students because it deals with demons and we don’t want to scare the children or make it “spooky”. The lesson and Create-A-Page activity, “Jesus Casts Demons into a Herd of Pigs”, allows us to deal gently with this issue and redirects the reader/listener.
This new Bible Crafts For Kids download makes this Create-A-Page paper craft really come alive and be fun. It has just enough challenge for any age because it provides a reference page to coincide with the other Miracles of Jesus Create-A-Pages. It may seem difficult but follow the steps and you’ll see how easy it can be. The key is making a little tent on the sides.
The Create-A-Pages will become a staple for your kids who will love each one you provide and they will enjoy the cutting, gluing and assembling the Create-A-Pages. It is always a mystery about how they fit together in their puzzle-like surprising ingenuity as well. Some students will want to move ahead, and that’s ok because there is no wrong way to make Create-A-Pages as long as the base folding is correct.
The video explains how to make and assemble the kits so you may teach your students.
The lesson deals with the sovereignty of God and it teaches that God/Jesus does not destroy but demons do. Jesus Casts Demons into a Herd of Pigs is one of the beginning lessons that teach that God is good. Because Jesus is good and demons aren’t, it teaches where to put the blame on bad things happening.

Make the Create-A-Page Unique
The paper we use is a good-quality double-sided card stock that will withstand multiple folding and unfolding.
To make this page unique try adding a hole in the top of the cards and tie a string or ribbon.
Look for lots of bling and punches to make your own embellishments. For instance, purchased stickers and ribbon may be a welcome addition because the students love to “fancy them up a bit.”
Make booklets and store them in an envelope. You will find this download on the drop-down menu.
There are no additional materials needed to make this Create-A-Page other than the basic scissors, paper, and glue. You may purchase everything you need at one of our affiliate links.
