Description
Grandma, can I make one too? I hear this quite often when I pull out the paper, glue, and scissors. Kids just have a natural want to create….something. So today I am helping them along with this new Create-A-Page Jesus Heals a Man Unable to Speak. They are quick and easy to download the templates and with only basic materials, we can get started.
Create-A-Page
You are meeting the needs of those active kids who love creating, cutting paper, and gluing all the pieces in their places. This paper puzzle is intriguing and keeps their attention as they work out the spaces where the labels go. As parents and grandparents, we love the fact that they do not even realize they are designing a reference tool that they may return to over and over again to find information about this Bible lesson. The Bible story that corresponds to the paper page is written in their own language. Simple and easy to understand.
The video will show you how to prepare and assemble the Create-A-Page kit.
Lesson
Jesus heals once again and makes whole, a man unable to speak. But it is what the people around are saying in amazement to Jesus Heals a Man Unable to Speak. This two-page lesson deals with the Matthew 9, verses 32-34 miracle that Jesus performs. Another great miracle of Jesus’ love and care for us.
Free Product Download
The two-page lesson and Create-a-Page activity is a FREE printable download. The PDF file is complete with the full-color instructions to create this papercraft puzzle. You print as many as you need for your students. You choose the papers and create a look that is unique. A memory verse card is also included with each product and can be used as a “take-away” for memorization. If desired, premade unassembled kits are also available for purchase.
Make the Create-A-Page Unique
We have punched out silver stars and added them to a page. It just adds that extra oomph! The paper we use is a good quality double-sided card stock that will withstand multiple folding and unfolding, usually 60 to 80 lb. The labels are often printed on 110 Lb. Use what you have or can afford, I have used typing or copy paper sometimes when heaver cardstock wasn’t available.
Look for lots of bling and punches to make your own embellishments. Purchased Stickers and ribbon are also a welcome addition and the students love to “Fancy them up a bit.”
Make booklets and store them in an envelope. You will find this download on the drop-down menu.
