#12 Jesus Calms the Storm
One of the great beloved stories, Jesus Calms the Storm, has been told and retold countless times across the ages. Today we revisit this lesson and we get to ask new questions. What about the other boats that followed Jesus? What were they thinking? Listen to this lesson and watch and learn as Jesus calms the storm.
This Create-A-Page download shows how easy it is to put together a paper craft kit for your students. They love to put them together as they challenge their puzzle deciphering abilities. The PDF download lets you print as many as you need for your classroom and then keep the file to use again and again. The kits use basically scissors, paper, and glue of your choice.
The video explains how to make and assemble the kits so you may teach your students.
One of the most beloved Bible stories ever written. We hear Jesus say “Hush, peace be still.”
This lesson is for you.
Everyone is scared then amazed. Follow the story as Jesus and His disciple cross the Sea of Galilee in the raging storm. Hear the terror in the disciple’s voices. Then watch as Jesus calms their fears as well as calming the storm.
The two-page lesson and Create-a-Page activity is a printable download. The PDF file is complete with the full-color instructions to create this papercraft puzzle. You print as many as you need for your students. You choose the papers and create a look that is unique. A memory verse card is also included with each product and may be used as a “take-away” for memorization.
Make the Create-A-Page Unique
The paper we use is a good quality double-sided card stock that will withstand multiple folding and unfolding.
Two-sided paper allows for the choices of the student. Which makes their page unique and easily identifiable from others.
A simple way to embellish this booklet is to tie a pretty string or ribbon around the center of the book. Also adding stars to the negative space adds interest to the page. Purchased stickers and ribbon are also a welcome addition and the students love to “Fancy them up a bit.”
Make booklets and store them in the envelope. You will find this download on the drop-down menu.
